 Former Prime Minister Imran Khan will be produced in NAB Court Islamabad today


After the arrest of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, he will be presented in NAB Court in Islamabad today. The court was shifted to Islamabad Police Headquarters due to security concerns. There is a possibility that Imran Khan will be referred to Tosha Khana. NAB Court and District Court have been shifted to Police Line.


Earlier, the Islamabad High Court had declared the arrest of Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman and former Prime Minister Imran Khan, who was arrested by the NAB in the Al-Qadir Trust case today, legal.

The High Court of Islamabad, giving a safe verdict, rejected the request for the release of PTI Chairman Imran Khan and declared his arrest as legal. Imran Khan will be produced in the NAB court tomorrow.
Earlier, the Islamabad High Court had reserved its decision whether the arrest of Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan was legal or not.

In the Islamabad High Court, the hearing on Imran Khan's bail petitions started again. NAB DG Irfan Baig and Deputy Prosecutor General NAB Sardar Muzaffar appeared.

Chief Justice Justice Aamir Farooq inquired how NAB generally executes warrants. In response, Sardar Muzaffar said that we had asked the Ministry of Interior to execute the warrant.
